Sexercises are often performed as part of a sexual dieting lifestyle, which seeks to maximize the health benefits of regular sexual activity. Exercise is known to improve and accelerate the flow of oxygenated blood, in higher and constant amounts, as well as other beneficial chemical compounds, to the genitals, which is important for fertility and important during intercourse.
Sexercises range from Kegel exercise to aerobic and cardiovascular routines. Flexibility to perform contortion specifically for erotic or sexual positions can also be practiced.
