ChiBall is a body-mind exercise and wellness program based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. A ChiBall class combines the modalities of Tai Chi-Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Relaxation / Meditation with inspiring music.
